Relation of Mails to Contacts/Accounts

Hi Folks,

I run ESPO on my own server.

I have contacts where mails are correctly assigned to, but these mails do not appear in the account to which the contacts are assigned. Or, it appears in only ONE account while the person is related to several accounts...? Can someone explain to me, according to which logic the field "refers to" is filled when importing mails (IMAP/SMTP)?

I think by design it will only link to (1) Parent field and (2) Contact field and (3) Email field (if this email is an account it will link to the account).

It a pity that parent can only be Single.

Thanks for your answer, but it is a but offside my question, sorry.:-)
You could show the mails related to a person in an account the person is related to, right? Even with a 1:1-relation like "Mail -> person -> account".
