  • 5.8.0 Personal SMTP not recognized

    Personal SMTP is configured. However it is not recognized. Tried logout and log back in but still the same.

    Hi,
    Can't reproduce. It works as it should. Check whether an email address is defined in the user profile.

      Where are you adding that SMTP? It need to be added from

      Admin > Outbound Emails
