How to create a report on Contact with "open" Opportunities?

I want to create a report (with Advanced Pack) on Contacts which have "open" Opportunities linked to. How can I do that?

What I want to have is a report on "Contact", not on "Opportunity", and the condition is:

All the contacts which have linked "Open" opportunity.

For example, if a Contact "Mr. Smith" is linked with an Opportunity "20 days consulting service" and this opportunity has a probability of 50%, then Mr. Smith will be shown in the report.

Can you help me on achieving this?

This is still an Opportunity report, not a Contact report. I need a Contact report with open opportunities. The reason to get such a Contact report is to use it for a scheduled workflow to get those contacts in the report updated.

The challenge to get a Contact report with open opportunities is how to create a condition through “many to many” relationship. It needs something like “related” or “link”.
