config.php file doesn't exist

Hi all, new to EspoCRM. I have an issue finding the config file.... When I go to the directory "Data" all I have in there is a data file and no config. I am trying to swap servers but cannot see where I should change the database details. Please helpppp!!

a config.php file is creating upon installation process. Database details should be configured upon installation process. Read this please https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio.../installation/.
