    EMail for 1 of our users returning Wrong Username and Password

    Hello,

    We have one user that cannot get emails to send from the CRM. We have tried everything. We have tried manually setting up the email account and attempted to use the Oauth. The emails will retrieve fine but the email will not send via SMTP after saving. During setup, a test email will send just fine but after she refreshes her screen it will return that wrong username and password again.

    In the previous EspoCRM versions there was an ability to set the SMTP configs for each user in its preferences. In the modern EspoCRM versions you can specify the user's SMTP params in the Personal Email Account only. But those users who have had configured their SMTP in the preferences before EspoCRM upgraded saved those configs. I think you should open Preferences of that user and clean up all the SMTP params and use only Personal Email Account instead.
