How to set default replay "From" in group mail?

    How to set default replay "From" in group mail?

    Hello, we would like to use ESPO CRM as main communication platform for group mail info@no****.com

    We have few issue:
    1. when someone reply to the mail from inbox other users don't see that it was replayed and the reply message as well.
    2. when you press "reply" button, the field "From *" is set to ESPO users Mail, how to set to leave a received mailbox group e-mail address or another one. Might be it's a reason of 1 issue, ar it was replayed by some user?

    how you deal with group mail functionality in crm?

    Hello,
    1. I have tested and it works good. It is not changing live. The other user should reload a web page to see updates.
    2. According to the system logic, if an email address is set in a user's profile, it will be set as 'From Address' upon you click reply. If you want to change it, you have to rewrite a code.
