Does email didn't come to EspoCRM or from EspoCRM to the recipient?

If you want to send newsletter by using campaign check few things:
1. whether you configured SMTP settings in the Administration -> Outbound Emails;
2. Whether you configured cron https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...-setup-crontab.
