Mass email: tracking URL works, but what about email "Opened" statistics?

Is my understanding correct that some mail clients on the customer/target side may block the message back to EspoCRM, hence statistics are not guaranteed to be complete?

Is there a particular URL / server address we need to make accessible in order to allow Espo to receive these messages back?
