How to create user wise activity report based on Opportunities weekly and monthly

Hi,

Im looking to create a user wise activity report (including calls,meetings) based on opportunities on weekly basis and monthly basis. Is there any way to do this without custom report development (coding) if not can anyone help me with the implementation. I think this one will help everyone to do analytics on user activities at once.
