Unable to select "Teams" when creating new leads

Hi there, i've created a user and when the user trying to assign this lead, he couldn't do so. Is there anything I need to maintain at Roles?

If you want to restrict a user possibility to assign a team to a lead via role you should set in the role -> field level -> Leads -> Team -> edit -> 'no'. Also, if you don't need to auto-assign a user's team to a new record, you should unselect the 'Default Team' field in the user's details.
