Bug Dashboard Template will not save chosen Report

Steps to reproduce.
1. Create Dashboard Template
2. Add Report Dashlet
3. Choose a certain Report for this dashlet and save
4. Apply Dashboard Template to a certain user via the Mass Update on Users list
5. Login to that user's account and see on the dashboard it says "Select a report in the dashlet options".

Normally it would show the choose report on the Dashboard Template.

Note: It works if you Deploy to Users.

I tried steps and it worked. Could be that you didn't click Save on Edit View.
