Would like to ask is it possible we can create one user role (admin) who is able to generate report for a specific group of user instead of letting them to create themselves?

Hi,
If you want to grant some user with admin access you don't need to create any role. All that you need is to change the user type from 'regular' to 'admin' in the user settings.
If you want to grant some user with access to create a report, you just need to set in the role permission for the report to create it, and permission to read for those entities you want to push into the report.
