Cannot send mails with files/reports.

Cannot send mail with files/reports. it shows email has been sent. but actually its not sending mails. but can send mail with simple text. Please help me to resolve the issue.

How did you try to send email with a report. I mean have you used a report's send email feature (see screenshot) or another way?
Also, to help us reproduce this could you provide the next info:
1. EspoCRM version.
2. Advanced Pack version.
3. Is there any error in the EspoCRM error log (/data/logs)?
4. Check for this send email job status in Administration -> Scheduled Jobs -> Jobs.
