Question about fields and activity for mail campaign

Hi there,

we need to send a campaign by mail. As this is an option in the campaign settings a new campaign for the mailing has been created.

Now there are three template options in the group serial letter. But none of them seems to work or shows a selection.

First question is therefore how to use these fields? Is EspoCRM able to create e.g. a PDF with the letters based on the selection and a template? If so, how?

The second question is, if the creation of the letter will be recorded as activity under each contact?
