    Hi. Screenshots of settings are attached. The case from the letter is created. A response is created but not sent. The message is visible in the history block of the automatically created case. But if you open the email, you can see that the FROM field is not filled in. Help solve the problem, please

    Hi,
    please check the error log file ./data/logs/. Is your Group Email Account SMTP configured correctly? Test Email sends email w/o problem?
