Where can I change the contact list layout, the subgroup of campaigns?

Thanks, but that's not what I mean. I mean the target lists of the campaigns. In German the "Kontaktlisten" are called, so I thought it would be the contact lists in English.

To change labels please go Administration -> Label Manager -> Campaign.
