How to apply the workflow for new leads generation

Hi All, Would like to ask if anyone has any idea how could we segregate any new leads to Sales Representative by round-robin? Thank you so much!!

Hello Lin,
Firstly you need to create a team and push the users into it. After, create a workflow with the next parameters:
Trigger tipe: after record created;
Action: Apply assignment rule -> Round Robin -> select the team.

I've done the action as per advised and tried to import the lead from csv file to EspoCRM. However, the lead still does not distributed to users in the team. Does the workflow applicable to the leads that are manually imported to EspoCRM?

I have checked it and it works pretty good even with the imported records.

Oh yes Maximus, I managed to distribute the leads after I remove one of the conditions I set. Thank you!

But would there be doable if I would want distribute to users in multiple Teams? How should I set the conditions?

Eg, There could be leads to be distributed to users in Team A and some other leads to be distributed to users in Team B instead.
