Report - Last activity date for account

Hi,

I want to get a report with last activity date for accounts.

Ex:

For a one account there will be multiple calls and meeting. I can get that report separately. But in this case i need below,

"Account" = ABC
"Last Activity" = Call
"Activity date" = 18/08/2019

is this possible ?

Report or what ever way i need those data to excel.
