Email not showing (gmail)

So I have my system setup however when I go into 'Emails', I see a message that says 'No Data'. I have to then click All at the top to show emails. Doesn't sounds like this is right, is this a bug or intentional?

please check whether you have configured the email address in your user profile and whether it is the same as the email address set for IMAP of your Personal Email Account.

I configured the email as a group email, sorry I didn't mention this. I need to share this email account with multiple people.

You need to create a team of users and set this team to the Group Email Account. All users in this team will see emails in their inbox boxes.

I was able to accomplish that, I am attaching some images of what I see. First one is when I click on the 'Email' link on the left. Second is when I click 'All mail'

It affects only the emails that were fetched after the team was set.
