Send Message Task - email choice

In a Send Message Task action (either Workflow or Process Flowcharts) it is possible to send an email only to a related user entity or to a Specified Email Address. Is there a way to send email to an address contained in a Varchar field in a related entity? Thanks for any answers

Ok. Then, it is pissible to send email to a related entity which is linked to Email entity, but has Type different from Base. Am I correct on that?
