External Cron

Hi, I have a server where Espo-CRM is running nice but I do not have access to cron. Is it possible to use an external cron-System like Easycron? For other CRMs I have seen ways to chance the cron.php file to allow access to external "pings" (like here https://www.easycron.com/cron-job-tu...b-for-suitecrm).

Is this this possible with Espo-CRM, too?

Tell me please if this is your own server or you are using a web hosting?
If this is the web hosting, did you try to contact with its support service to let you configure cron?

Hi, its a web hosting and the package does not include cron. So my only way would be to use external cron

There is a way to use external cron service but we do not suggest you do that because of the security purposes, and a chance to get some timeout error in the future. The best way is to change your hosting to another one that uses cron.
