How can i pass values from an entity to its relationship entity?

I have entities Student, exams, courses and subjects. In student entity there has shown Exam entity in relationship panel. And exam has relationships with student, course and subjects. when i click create exam it has to automatically bring Student name, course selected and subjects there. but it shows only student name..courses n subjects doesnt automatically popup. please help
