Tried flowcharts, and processes. neither creates a task for the users.

Could you please provide:
1. what the EspoCRM version and Advanced Pack version do you use?
2. what condition should be met to create a task?
I will try to reproduce and check it. -

5. In "Processes" we see the "Process" with status "started" and the only function of the process at this time is to send a task to a user.
Note how we removed all the subsequent arrows leaving only the two functions "New Lead Entered" to start the process and "approval task send"
We are currently only trying to get this part to work.

Hello,
I have already tested it with 'Approval Task Send'. It works well. This action shouldn't create a task record in the Task entity. There should be a notification only that as expected was successfully received by a specified user. Please read about the 'User Task' here https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...tent-user-task.

Yes, we were expecting to see "Approval Task" appear in the lists of Tasks. It would be nice to have the option to have them appear in the Task list. This would facilitate time-blocking, instead of interruptions of constant Notices. Now we know where it goes, we will work with it.Comment
