How to print to PDF?

I've seen this https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...inting-to-pdf/ and a few bits of advice on the forum about printing to PDF.

However, i cannot see a print to PDF option anywhere in our CRM, i only get an option to 'export' and to xlsx via the actions menu. And i can't see where to set up a 'template' either?

Any advice much appreciated, we're using a self hosted copy of espo CRM version 5.3.6

the action button appear only when you have a template for the entity.
sample :
template for entity Meeting => button appear on meeting

In that version you can access to templates by the url #Template or add a Tab at Administration > User Interface.

In the latest versions there is a separate item at Administration.

a-ha! I kind of figured it out as you wrote it! Templates is hidden by default from the UI. Now that i've made a template for the entity in question its all working. This is such a powerful CRM, love it
