    Web to Lead fails to create lead when email address present

    I have setup web to lead/lead capture and have everything working correctly with about a dozen fields coming over and creating a lead just fine. However, once I include the email address in the fields, the lead does not create. It shows as received in the lead capture screen, but the lead created checkbox is empty. There is no error generated in the log file, so I am unable to diagnose why the lead was not created.

    We will check it. What EspoCRM version do you use? Do you have a contact with the same email address as your new lead has?
