Security: Enable HTML email view on known contacts only

Hello everyone,

I'd like to know if a feature such as "Enable HTML email render if the contact email address is known in the database only" exist?

Same question goes for attachments: "Enable attachment download if the contact email address is known in the database only"?

Is it even possible to disable HTML email rendering or attachment download completely?
