Add contract on a contact or and account

Hello there. I'm wondering if there is a possibility tou add a contract to a specific contact or account.
This entity would be helpful in order to have in one place all contracts with our customers or accounts.

So, when we would like to send an email for renewal of contract we would know what exaclty we have agreed in the beginning with this contact/account.

Hello.
You have to do the next:
1. In the Entity Manager create a relation between the Contact/Account and Contract entity of One-to-Many type.
2. In the Layout Manager add into the Contract entity detail view this linked Contact/Account field.
3. In the Layout Manager add into the Contact/Account entity relation panel this linked Contract field.
