I just installed Espo CRM through Softaculous on shared hosting server and I'm getting 403: Permission Denied on any configuration change. I can't change the directory owner, is there any other way to fix the problem.

The owner and permission to the folders and files should be proper https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...-based-systems.
If you don't have the access to configure this, please contact your support service.
