Show Contact email(s) and\or phone number(s)

Somebody has requested to be able to see a contacts email address and phone number once they have been selected.

I am wondering if it is possible for this information to be auto populated once a contact has been selected? Only a single contact can be selected on the page (its for customer visit reports so my own developed page, not an out of the box feature).
