I cannot change the profile picture

Has this issue occurred under Admin user?

I uploaded profile image as admin but no thumb nail although I see the position on the page. I'm looking but I've not found the default no image file location.
Do you know the path?


I found the solution, permission on one of the img directories was set to 755 made the switch to 777 and images are available
