Converting Lead to Opportunity - Additional Info

Hi Everyone

I'm trying to get something setup where after I have a lead created and I go to convert it to an opportunity, that certain fields from the lead show on the opportunity detail page - particularly City, State, and Description. I thought I was onto something when I setup a relationship like the attached image.

From there I added those fields to the opportunity layout, But when I convert the lead to an opportunity these fields show 'None'. What is it exactly that I'm missing?

Hello.
Administration -> Layout Manager -> Opportunity -> Convert Lead. Add demanded fields into this layout. After these changes, you can set the proper data while converting to the opportunity.
