Wondering about record counts in frontend and in phpmyadmin

Well,
here it is. If i search for contacts in frontend, i end up with 12005 records, when i search with phpmyadmin in database, i will only find 11469 records.

How could the frontend find more records compared to the database itself? I triple checked the database, the database host, settings etc, but could not find out more. Very strange. Repair of that databasetable didn't change anything, clearing cache neither.

Any idea truly appreciated. It's a Version 4; but i'd like to get those figures in line, before even trying update.

I suggest you to upgrade your EspoCRM version to the last one. Don't forget to upgrade your PHP to the version 7.1+.
