Import Accounts - Teams tab

Hi

When importing accounts via CSV there is no option to assign Teams.

With over 300 accounts requiring a team assigned at import its taking a long time to do manually.

Looking in the accounts db area Teams is not listed so an export and then import with correct information for Teams assigned is would be proffered.

Anyone know how to get around this?

Hi.
Automatically you can choose the team that should be assigned to all imported records. This is possible to do at the Step2 of the import process at the bottom of the page. Add the team field in the Default Values section.
