match accounts and contacts at import

Is there a smart way to match contacts to accounts? (During import)

All data comes from The same .csv file. I can give all companies a UniqueID and clients of The same Company The same UniqueID.

I tried:
- creating with identity a varchar “matchid”
- setting The same field to “record name”

both imports run, But contacts are not Linked to accounts.
if I check value matchid, They are imported.

any suggestions?
