CRM Tool for Smaller Business?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a CRM tool for my dad. We have gotten a lot of leads recently, roughly 1k+ through FB Ads and have over 3,000 in the database overall. I'm looking for a CRM tool that allows me to have lead info and history and lets me create reports based on fields. Looking for something that is free or has a low monthly fee and is reliable.

If you want to create the reports you need an Advanced Pack. You will be able to test it by using EspoCRM on the cloud. To be sure that Advanced Pack will be available for you on the cloud don't forget to check it at the bottom of the registration form.
