Select accounts that have the stream updated

Is it possible to select accounts that have a note in the stream set in a period?
I would like to know which accounts have been contacted. Although we have not created an opportunity every time we have reached an account, we have always added a note.

It is possible but needs some coding,

If u have the advanced pack you may need less coding but will still need,

You can make a new workflow for the "Note" entity, where your stream notes hold,

Then you can select action to run service,
