How can i make fields of an entity to "readOnly" for specific teams?

How can i make fields on entity to "readOnly" for specific teams after a status changed by Admin team. For example I have 3 teams ..after changing a "status" by admin team , I dont want to allow edit feature to other two teams. that is i want to make all fields to readOnly in those 2 teams. Please help me to resolve the issue.
