Entity page grid listing pagination often hides

I created a custom entity and i faced a problem in pagination , it often hides on some cases, not sure what causes this issue, once i refresh the same page then the pagination is visible. let me know how to resolve this issue , please find the screenshot attached.

The pagination feature is not supported by EspoCRM team. You can try to use it, but we can't guarantee its correct work.
