I'm looking for a self hosted solution for tracking interactions between users and customers. Something to keep basic information, and track things like calls and interactions. I would also like the ability to upload attachments as well.
I've tried using SuiteCRM and Espocrm, but those are too... broad for what I'm looking for. I just need something basic. I'm not looking for a customer relations program, and I'm not saving things like Credit card info or anything else like that. Sorry if I explained this badly, but does anyone have any ideas?
