Sales Pack: Quote Item or Sales Order Item Description WYSIWYG Field

How can I change the `textarea` description against each quote item or sales order item to be a WYSIWYG field? This field does not appear in the Layout Manager for the List (Item) view.

Ok, so I've found the "tpl" file which needs to be altered.

So the main question now is, given that the tpl and js files are part of the "sales" extension, how can I provide a "custom" implementation of these?

Simply copying the relevant "js" and "tpl" files into the client/custom/src/views/... folders (and adding the "custom:" prefix) does not work.
