Adding a "Convert" button to database list

Hi, I'm new to EspoCRM so assume I know nothing

I'm trying to add a button on each row in the Leads table, so that I can quickly (with one click) convert a lead.

Is there any way to do this? I've been digging through documentation but so far haven't had any luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
