hello all and sundry,
we currently sold espo crm and we want to set up a prospection workflow... we attempted many things, checked out the help, the discussion board... but didn't get greater clues !
so we are counting on you guys...
right here is what we need to do :
1/ whilst an account is created > ship email1 throw mailchimp (mailchimpsync) : this step is adequate for us
2/ if the target account (electronic mail) click in mail1 (information from mailchimpsync = we get it quality inside the logs of the marketing campaign email1) > ship email2 after 8 days to this identical goal account
this trigger in 2 steps is quite typical and simple, however we do not get a way to set up this 2d step ! which target entity need to we use inside the workflow (we attempted campaignLgRecord, but...)? what kind of then to get this 2nd mail despatched to our target account (throw mailchimpsync) ?
