Adding "varchar" field - 403 error

Hi there,

When I try to add a field with the "varchar" type, I get a 403 error and cannot save. All other field types appear to be OK.

I have checked the error log and there is nothing.

I have tried a clean install and get the same error.

Please advise what I need to do?
