Sales Pack: Auto-Generate Quote Number Using Formula

I would like to know if it is possible to use a formula for the auto-generation of a quote number.

For example, I would like the quote number to be in the following format: QT<year><month><day><incrementing number> QT2019051602

Can this be done?
