Flow reports or monitoring

Hello good afternoon, hopefully someone can guide me please, I need to make a monthly report of the changes that have been made in a record, these changes are saved in the flow through the configuration of fields to be audited but I can not find the form of generate a report of those changes, is it possible to make a report? Is there another way to make this report?

Hello.

You can only create a report that will show you a date of Modified At and Modified By. There is no possibility to see what changes were done.
