Error 500 while adding new field under Entity Manager

Please help to resolve which I am getting while adding new field under Entiry Manager.

I wanted to add new drop down with some values in Lead form but while adding new field with options and saving it... System is giving Error 500.
But, in Label manager, I am able to see the add field with option but in Layout Manager, I am not able to see the field.

Please help

Check please if there some records about this error in the EspoCRM error log here EspoCRM/data/logs.

Thanks Maximus for your reply. I have checked and I didn't found such logs.
Any other chances of error?

Also, check please the error log of your web server.
