Help please: can not export field label to csv format

Hi, I am asking how to solve this problem I got when exporting records:

1. When choosing export to csv format, only field name can be exported, not its label. For example, a field has name "taxid" with label "VAT". Then when exporting only "taxid" can be exported to csv format.

2. When exporting to XLSX(Excel) format, the field label is exported. Is this a bug?

Any one who knows how to solve this please offer your help. Thanks.
