Could you please elaborate several points regarding your primary GPLv3 license and dealing with it?

1. Is data in CRM free from the license?
2. What about workflows/settings?
3. There are Custom Service Actions. (https://www.espocrm.com/features/add...-for-workflow/) Does copyleft apply to it?
4. Is a software which communicate via REST API slashed by copyleft too?
5. Does copyleft apply to a software, having a direct connect to a CRM instance’s DB and writing data directly?
