  • Help: Workflow Formula to see if Account entity has phone number same call record.

    Can I create a formula that will see if the Call phoneNumber exists in an Account phoneNumber record.
    And if it does exist then link the Call record to that account?

    Please help. I'm just learning how to use formulas.

    Hello.
    Reading your question I assume that you are using VoIP integration. If so, you don't need any formula. It should automatically recognize a lead or a contact or an account and link it to call.

      No. I'm not using the VoIP integration. I'm posting from my phone app to the CRM via API.
