Upgrade Issues

Great, so we will proceed as follows:

1. Install latest Espo version on the server, but point to old database.
2. Install latest extensions.
3. Copy the custom folders to the new installation.
4. Copy the data folder to the new installation.
5. Run php rebuild.php in command line.
6. Delete the old installation.
